Break the monotonous and repetitive patterns of the daily demands on your body as you integrate functional and fascial (connective tissue) anatomy with mindful, playful, primal and functional movement, traditional and not-so-traditional asana (postures). Though this class is alignment based, we focus less on the “shoulds,” and instead on the “coulds,” of how your body can be in each posture and movement, allowing you to discover new layers of awareness, instead of just going through the motions.
Integrative Yoga™ is perfect for both beginner and experienced yoga/movement practitioners and accommodating for students with injury-related challenges. Jennifer aims to help each student discover optimal space and stability in their body, while providing opportunities for rest and relaxation.
Integrative Yoga™ incorporates various props (straps, blocks, etc) to enhance students’ experience. The slower pace, body awareness and options offered allow students with a history of injury or trauma to feel safe and empowered in both their yoga practice and healing process.

Relaxing Yin Yoga
**Jennifer is currently on hiatus from group classes.
Relax, stretch and restore with this slow-moving, peaceful class. Yin yoga is about recuperating energy and passively resting into stretches/postures that are held for several minutes, allowing the deeper tissues to release tension.
Most postures are done lying on your back on the mat, while some are kneeling or low to the ground. Blocks and blankets allow you to let go of muscular effort while letting gravity and body weight guide you into each posture.
